Who Can Join

Our loyalty program is open to all Free Independent Travelers (FITs) and who book directly through our official website. Getting started is simple — complete the free registration process and unlock a world of exclusive member benefits.

Booking Eligibility

To earn points and access member-only perks, your reservation must be made through our official booking channels. Reservations placed via wholesale providers or unauthorized third-party platforms are not eligible for point accumulation or member benefits.

Linking Your Membership

Please ensure your unique membership ID is associated with your reservation at the time of booking. This allows us to accurately track your stay and credit every point you have earned.

Membership & Fees

Completely Free to Join

There are no sign-up fees, annual charges, or hidden costs. Membership in our loyalty program is entirely complimentary because recognizing your loyalty should never come at a price.

Non-Transferable Benefits

Your membership, points, and tier status are personal to you. They cannot be transferred, gifted, shared, or sold. Each account is uniquely tied to the individual d who registered.

Earning Points

What Qualifies for Points

You earn points on eligible spend during your stay, including:

  • Room rates
  • Dining at our on-site restaurants
  • Spa treatments and wellness services
  • Approved ancillary services charged to your room folio
Note: Tip: Always charge eligible services to your room to ensure correct point tracking.

What Is Excluded

The following do not qualify for point earning:

  • Government taxes, service charges, and levies
  • Bookings made through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) or third-party platforms
  • Complimentary stays, promotional offers, and corporate barter arrangements
  • Deeply discounted rates outside standard earning criteria

When Points Are Credited

Points are credited to your account within 1-5 business days after checkout, once all charges have been verified and processed through our loyalty system.

Redeeming Your Points

What You Can Redeem For

Your points can be used toward a range of rewarding experiences including complimentary stays, dining, and spa services. We want your rewards to feel genuinely valuable.

What Is Excluded

Redemptions are subject to hotel availability and may be affected by blackout dates or capacity controls. We recommend planning ahead and redeeming early, especially during peak periods.

Membership Tiers & Upgrades

How You Move Up

Your tier level reflects your loyalty. Advancement is based on your annual spend or total number of qualifying stays within a calendar year. As you reach key milestones, you unlock enhanced status and exclusive benefits including room upgrades and priority services.

Benefits May Vary by Location

Tier-specific perks are subject to hotel capacity and may vary by property within our portfolio, based on available facilities and local service standards.

Group & Corporate Rate Exceptions

Loyalty benefits and point accrual may not apply to group bookings or specially negotiated corporate rates unless explicitly stated in your contract. We recommend confirming eligibility with the property before your arrival.

Program Integrity

Fair Use Policy

We are committed to keeping the program fair for all members. Any misuse including fraud, account manipulation, or violation of these terms may result in the cancellation of accumulated points or permanent termination of membership. Genuine loyalty deserves genuine rewards, and we take the integrity of this program seriously.

Program Changes & Updates

Our Right to Modify the Program

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the loyalty program at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify active members in advance. This includes adjustments to earning rates, reward structures, or benefit tiers.

Your Privacy Matters

By participating in the program, you agree that your personal data may be used to personalize your experience and send you relevant offers. All data is handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your information only to serve you better.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for the loss of points or benefits due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, system outages, or other force majeure events. While we cannot guarantee reinstatement in such cases, we are committed to communicating transparently with our members.

Disputes & Contact

How to Raise a Dispute

If you notice a discrepancy in your points or believe a benefit was not applied correctly, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this window may not be eligible for review.

Management Decisions

All interpretations of these terms and decisions regarding point disputes or membership status are made at the sole discretion of management. These decisions are considered final and binding for all program participants.
