Manager Account – Landmark Narayani
Landmark Nepal is a leading hospitality brand with hotels in Pokhara, Chitwan, Kathmandu, and Bhairahawa. We focus on exceptional service and authentic experiences. We are seeking a dynamic Accounts & Finance Executive to join our executive team and drive our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage financial strategies and budget.
- Preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability.
- Drafting budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports required by regulatory authorities.
- Managing the risks involved in the financial activities of the business.
- Lead, train, and motivate the finance team.
- Estimating short and long-term financial objectives by setting performance targets.
- Compiling financial reports and supervising month-end processes.
- Drafting procurement processes and signing off on purchase orders.
- Managing and monitoring metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for the financial department.
- Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. (Hotel experience preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior financial position.
- A good understanding of financial management obligations, especially statutory obligations and requirements.
- Be an analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial planning software such as Microsoft Excel and key accounting software / PMS (Swastik, IDS, Aegis)
- The ability to work independently.
SKILLS
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
- Able to meet strict deadlines and effective in reporting aspect.
- Ability to handle high pressure situations
REPORTING
- Collection reports, Expenses report, financial position reports, budgets, etc.
- The candidate shall be reporting to the property GM alongside the Corporate Director (finance) wherever necessary.
REMUNERATION: up to NPR 40,000/-
